ChillGuyStore operates using a dropshipping fulfilment model. Products are shipped directly from trusted suppliers or fulfilment centres located within the United Kingdom or internationally.
 

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before dispatch.
 

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 5–14 business days

• International: 7–25 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, postal disruptions, courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an incorrect address results in a failed delivery or returned package.
