Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 

Customers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing a reason. Once cancellation has been requested, customers have an additional 14 days to return the items.
 

Refunds will include the cost of the products and any standard delivery charges where required by law. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return, whichever occurs first.
 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
 

Where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, customers are entitled to remedies under UK consumer law, including:

• A replacement or full refund for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

• A full refund under the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt

• Repair or replacement after 30 days where appropriate
   

Returns for change of mind outside your statutory cancellation rights may not be accepted if the goods have been used, damaged after delivery, or were customised or made to order, where legal exemptions apply.
 

Orders that have already entered processing or have been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled immediately. However, this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights once the goods have been received.
